A State Certified Appraiser can help with residential real property value issues. A Restricted Use Appraisal Report may meet your needs for knowing what the market value of your property is . It doesn't summarize information into tables to support the value, it generally just states the value opinion with supporting information being retained in the appraisal file. (In active residential MLS areas I am including a basic sales comparison adjustment grid in the addendum of the report). If you don't need a detailed rational supporting the opinion then this report might work.
