  1. Complete a compatibility review
  2. Complete other considerations for shared space.
  3. Take the prejudice test or test. (for you own information only)
  4. Fill out a preliminary house mate agreement.
  5. Meet potential housemates and exchange basic information.
  6. Complete a credit report on your potential housemate.
  7. Complete a criminal background check on your potential housemate.
  8. Draw up a preliminary lease agreement.
  9. Sign and bind the lease agreement.
